But honestly, all of those are far from passive incomes. Once you stop maintaining, supporting and giving feedback to the community/client, you will lose the income, but most importantly, the reputation, so one will have to start from scratch.

Speaking of the passive incomes, I can only think about earning some deposit (actively) and then investing it to a property, shares, a startup, etc.
